Stephanie Ball
Stephanie Ball is a life-long resident of South Bend with over two decades of work in the social services, financial services and affordable housing space.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University South Bend. She is passionate about serving the South Bend community because she knows the positive impact that financial stability has on the family and the community at large. Ms. Ball enjoys dancing, gardening, and staying civically engaged in the community by helping others.

Raina C. Adams, brings a wealth of experience in empowering individuals to take control of their finances and lives. Rain has a proven track record in leadership, financial empowerment, and personal development, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by diverse communities. She believes that financial empowerment is the foundation for freedom and opportunity. As someone who has overcome significant personal challenges to achieve her own dreams, she is deeply committed to helping others do the same. She finds great joy in supporting individuals as they build a solid financial foundation, align their goals with their values, and create a future filled with possibility. Her mission is to inspire hope, foster confidence, and guide people toward lasting success.

FEC Bilingual Financial Counselor
Bella Amadiz
As an Afro-Latina Financial Counselor, she is dedicated to helping individuals and families to achieve financial empowerment and stability. With a commitment to bridging the gap in financial literacy within our community, she will use her expertise to provide culturally relevant guidance that honors our diverse background. Her journey into financial counseling began when she realized the significance of financial literacy within our community. Her passion lies in breaking down these barriers by providing financial one-on-one counseling and resources that resonate with each client’s experience and values. Making it accessible to everyone, especially those from underrepresented communities. With a deep understanding of the socio-economic challenges faced by Afro-Latin individuals and families she believes that financial education is a powerful tool for transformation. Her goal is to empower her clients to take control of their financial futures through informed decision-making and strategic planning. Outside of her counseling work, she enjoys spending time with her children and cooking Caribbean Soul food dishes. Bella is passionate about giving back to her community and continuously seeks ways to uplift and inspire others on their financial journeys.
